Return Policy

We operate a no-return policy, except in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Include the following in your email:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage or discrepancies.

Resolution Process
  • Inspection: Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.

  • Replacement or Refund:

    • If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Open-Box Delivery

For added peace of mind, we offer open-box delivery. At the time of delivery, inspect the product before accepting it. If the item is damaged or incorrect, you can reject it on the spot, and we will handle the resolution process.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds are not applicable for the following:
